Where can I find my username?

  • For parents or guardians, your username is the e-mail address supplied at the time of registration. If you didn't receive a Welcome e-mail from a Personal Learning Coach at Educere you can contact them to update your contact information.

  • For school officials, your username is the e-mail address that Educere has for you. If you are not receiving e-mails from your Personal Learning Coach at Educere regarding the progress of your students, please contact them to update your contact information.

How can I set or reset my password?

  1. From the Login Page choose "Forgot Password".

  2. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address to start the process of creating or changing your secure password.

  3. You should receive a password reset e-mail based on your profile information with a link.

  4. Use that link to update your password and resume using the portal.

Why did I not get my password reset notification?

  • Your portal account could take up to 2 days to be created.

  • Please check your e-mail address to validate it is correct.

  • Please check your junk or spam folder.
